Aum Namo Bhagavathe Shri Ramanaya!
A three day retreat on the topic of “Shravanam, Mananam and Nithithyasanam” commenced on 11th of November 2022 at Ramanalayam, Sri Lanka. The residential retreat is being attended by participants from across the island examining the importance of the three steps to Mukthi and drawing scriptural references from several texts including Upadesa Unthiyar composed by Bhagavan Ramana and Bhagavat Gita. The three sessions in the mornings include 45 mins of instruction and 45 mins of contemplation. The afternoon consists of seva and a satsang analysing the day’s discussions. The sessions are being guided in Tamil by Swami Gunatitananda Saraswathy of Chinmaya Mission, Sri Lanka.
